“The Goal Is Not To ‘Fix’ People But Rather To Empower Them”
I provide psychological services to young people, adolescents, adults and families face-to-face or via telehealth.
I work with people seeking assistance for worry, anxiety, panic difficulties, phobias, trauma, self-harm, obsessions, mood difficulties, relationship issues, physical health conditions, and alcohol and substance problems.
Some clients come to see me because they simply feel stuck in life or lack motivation or purpose.
I’m a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor and provide supervision to early and mid-career psychologists with an interest in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and attachment-based family therapies.
I also provide training workshops to mental health clinicians on suicide risk assessment and management and ACT. Since 2020, I have delivered these workshops in Sydney, Auckland and San Francisco.
I deliver presentations and workshops on mental health first aid, crisis response, and developing a healthy and engaged workforce. Since 2019, I have tailored these workshops to global banks and technology companies in Australia and New Zealand.
My style is warm, interactive and compassionate, and presentations are backed by high impact audio visual materials.
